Banh Mi (Vietnamese Baguette)
Toasted Vietnamese baguette with your choice of Traditional Pork, Grilled Pork, Lemongrass Chicken or Marinated Tofu. The baguette also consists of chicken liver pate, sauces (different for each choice), chilli, pickled carrot, cucumber and coriander. Not to mention, our baguette is JUMBO size!

Fresh Rice Paper Spring Rolls
The rice paper rolls are made fresh daily and you can select from four different flavours, Prawn, Grilled Pork, Lemongrass Chicken or Marinated Tofu. They consist of vermicelli rice noodles, mint leaves, pickled carrot, gourmet lettuce and served with our special Spicy Hoisin dipping sauce. Two rolls are in a serve.
Grilled Pork Noodle Salad
This is Banh Mizzle's best selling dish. It's the perfect meal for the warmer months and even in winter for some. It consists of an iceberg lettuce base for that extra crunch, vermicelli rice noodles, gourmet lettuce, pickled carrots, mint leaves, cucumber, grilled pork, spring onion oil glaze, roasted peanuts, and your choice of the orginal fish sauce or spicy hoi sin sauce. You can even change the meat option to lemongrass chicken or marinated tofu.
PhoCup (Beef Noodle Soup)
This PhoCup is served Banh Mizzle style and is jam packed with flavour. It's the perfect size for street side dining and there's no need to add a thing, it is served perfect and easy to eat. The beef broth is cooked for 48 hours for maximum flavour, PhoCup consists of rice noodles, beef soup, finely sliced red onions, spring onions, mint leaves, coriander, beef balls, sliced beef, chilli, a dash of hoi sin and a slice of lemon. Only available in winter.
Vietnamese Chicken Curry
Mum's homemade recipe. You will never know how delicious this is until you try it. You can have it with either toasted baguette, rice noodle or Vietnamese fried rice. This curry has unique Vietnamese flavours and also perfectly cooked potato and carrots to fill you up. Great for people who love a bit of spice.
Vietnamese Fried Rice
Since adding this to the menu last week, it has sold out almost every night. Generous in size and not to mention tasty! The Vietnamese fried rice is served with your choice of either Lemongrass Chicken, Grilled Pork, Marinated Tofu or Marinated Mixed Seafood, topped with a soft fried egg.
Vietnamese Iced Coffee
Traditional Vietnamese coffee using imported beans straight from Saigon. Slow drip filter and super strong. Due to the time it takes to make one coffee, we pre make and bottle them hours before trade and only served them iced, and either white (with condensed milk) or black (with or without sugar). Not sold during Winter.
